VELIXO privacy policy

VELIXO does not require an app account. Gameplay progress stays on your device. Optional advertising, purchases and Game Center features use Google and Apple services as described below.

Data collection

VELIXO records local playtest events including randomly generated session identifiers, timestamps, scores, run duration, maximum combo, target and Flow counts, failure reasons, and actions involving purchases, ads and cosmetics. These events do not include your name or finger path. There is no first-party analytics server and these logs are not automatically sent to Beo AI. If you choose to email support or share an event export, Beo AI receives the information you send to investigate your request. Google's advertising and consent services may process approximate location derived from IP address, device identifiers, advertising and product interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics. Non-personalized advertising does not mean that no data is processed.

Storage and retention

Scores, Sparks, cosmetics, purchase-entitlement state and settings are saved locally. The local playtest log rotates at roughly 512 KB. Local app data remains until removed, subject to Apple's device and backup behaviour. Google and Apple handle information processed through their services under their own privacy policies. Contact support@beo-ai.com about information you have voluntarily sent to Beo AI.

Third-party services

Optional rewarded ads use Google Mobile Ads and Google's consent service. VELIXO requests non-personalized ads. The development beta uses Google's official test ad identifiers. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and its SDK disclosure at https://developers.google.com/admob/ios/privacy/data-disclosure. Purchases and restoration use Apple StoreKit; VELIXO verifies entitlements and does not receive payment-card details. Optional Game Center rankings use Apple's service and submit your best eligible score when authenticated. Apple's privacy policy is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. TestFlight also uses Apple's beta diagnostics.

Your choices and deletion

You can skip ads and continue playing, reopen Settings → Ad Privacy when additional consent choices are available, and choose whether to authenticate with Game Center. Share Playtest Events opens a system share sheet; nothing is sent by that action until you select a destination. Removing VELIXO deletes its local app container under normal iOS behaviour, subject to backups. There is no VELIXO account to delete.
