Frequently asked questions
What is included?
Project Spatial brings together Shadow Forge, The 2026 Wall, Citadel and Volume Packing in one iPhone and iPad app. The current version is a TestFlight beta.
How do I rotate pieces in Shadow Forge?
Select a piece, then use two fingers: twist to turn, swipe vertically to tilt, or swipe horizontally to spin. Rotations snap in quarter turns. Use Nearer and Farther to change depth, Undo to reverse a move, and Precision for button controls.
Where can I find help or restart a puzzle?
Open Pause in Shadow Forge for help, hints, the study library and restart controls. Match the piece shadows to each target; some studies use two lights and both targets must match.
Do I need an account or internet connection?
The puzzles work offline without an app account, advertising or in-app purchases. An internet connection is needed to install or update the TestFlight beta.
Where is my progress saved?
Puzzle progress and preferences are saved locally on your device. Project Spatial does not sync progress through a Beo AI cloud service. Removing the app can delete this data, subject to Apple device and backup behaviour.
How do I report a problem?
Use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight or email support@beo-ai.com. Include the app version and build, iPhone or iPad model, operating-system version, puzzle or study name, and steps to reproduce the problem.
