Iron Valley privacy policy

Effective 12 September 2026

Iron Valley is an offline tank combat game. It does not require an account and includes no advertising, tracking, in-app purchases or third-party analytics SDKs.

Data collection

The game stores battle totals, including starts, replays, completions, wins, battle duration, shots and hits, and any optional feedback answers you enter. These records stay on your device and are not automatically uploaded. Share report opens the system share sheet; you choose whether and where to send the report. If you send a report or email to Beo AI, we receive the contents and contact information you choose to provide and use them to respond to your request and investigate the issue. We do not sell these records or use them for advertising or tracking.

Storage and retention

Battle counters and feedback are stored locally using Apple's UserDefaults. They remain until you reset them or remove the app, subject to Apple's device and backup behaviour. Beo AI does not operate a gameplay data server. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to handle your request and maintain support records; contact us about a message you previously sent.

Third-party services

The game uses Apple's UIKit and SceneKit frameworks and the system share sheet. Your selected sharing provider handles anything you send under its own terms and privacy policy. Opening the support or privacy website makes an ordinary web request; the website's privacy policy applies to that visit. Apple separately handles App Store distribution and any enabled diagnostics, and TestFlight beta installation, diagnostics and feedback under its own terms and privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Your choices and deletion

Open Feedback & Privacy and choose Reset local battle data to clear saved counters and answers. There is no app account to delete. Removing the app deletes its local container under normal iOS and iPadOS behaviour, subject to backups. To request deletion of a support message or report you sent to Beo AI, email support@beo-ai.com. Manage information sent to other providers through those providers.
