Fluxstone privacy policy

Fluxstone is an offline native iPhone puzzle game. It has no account system, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs.

Data collection

Fluxstone does not collect or transmit personal or gameplay data to Beo AI. If you contact support, we receive the message and contact details you choose to send and use them to respond and investigate the issue.

Storage and retention

Completed levels, current level and best move counts are stored locally using Apple UserDefaults. Beo AI does not operate a gameplay server. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request and maintain support records.

Third-party services

The app uses Apple SwiftUI and UIKit. Apple handles TestFlight installation, beta diagnostics and feedback under its own privacy policy. No purchases are offered in this beta. Opening this support website makes an ordinary web request covered by the Beo AI website privacy policy.

Your choices and deletion

There is no game account to delete. Removing the app removes its local data under normal iOS behaviour, subject to device backups. To request deletion of support correspondence, contact support@beo-ai.com.
