CrateParade privacy policy

CrateParade is a native iPhone puzzle game by Beo AI. It does not require an account and has no advertising, tracking, third-party analytics or gameplay backend.

Data collection

CrateParade does not automatically send personal or gameplay data to Beo AI. If you email support, we receive the message and contact details you choose to provide and use them to respond and investigate your request.

Storage and retention

Route progress, completed levels and the current packing arrangement are saved locally in versioned files on your iPhone. Beo AI does not operate a server for this game data. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request and maintain support records.

Third-party services

Apple processes the optional Full Game purchase and payment information. The app checks Apple-verified StoreKit transactions to determine paid-level access; Beo AI does not receive your payment card details. Apple handles App Store distribution and any diagnostics you choose to share, and TestFlight beta diagnostics and feedback, under Apple's privacy policy. Opening this website makes an ordinary web request covered by the Beo AI website privacy policy.

Your choices and deletion

There is no game account to delete. Removing the app removes local app data under normal iOS behaviour, subject to device backups. Removing the app does not cancel ownership of a non-consumable Apple purchase. To request deletion of support correspondence, email support@beo-ai.com.
